To identify your part, check the stamped model label on the motor housing, then measure your existing bracket’s bolt pattern center-to-center. BFT OEM brackets run metric threading (M8 or M10), which matters when you’re matching hardware. We fabricate to OEM spec or to upgraded 3/16-inch A36 steel when the original was thinner gauge. Signs Your BFT Welding & Fabrication Is Failing

• Gate sagging at the hinge post. The top hinge weld has cracked or the pin bore has elongated from cyclic loading. On BFT swing gates in Hialeah, we see this most where the original installer used a single-pass weld instead of a continuous fillet; the salt accelerates the stress crack.
